All team members hold current NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, Working with Children Checks (where applicable), and relevant qualifications for their role. We invest in ongoing training and professional development so our team can deliver the highest standard of care.
Founder & Director
Sarah Mitchell
Sarah founded Care in Disability Services Australia with a vision to create a provider that truly puts participants first. With over 15 years of experience in disability and community services, she leads the organisation with warmth, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality care.

Operations Manager
James Nguyen
James oversees the day-to-day operations of our support services, ensuring every participant receives consistent, high-quality care. He brings a background in healthcare administration and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Registered Nurse & Clinical Lead
Priya Sharma
Priya leads our clinical team, overseeing community nursing care, wound management, and continence support. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based care with a personal touch, and mentors our support workers in best-practice clinical techniques.

Senior Support Coordinator
Daniel Okafor
Daniel works closely with participants and their families to navigate the NDIS, build meaningful support plans, and connect people with the right services. He is known for his patience, advocacy, and ability to make complex systems feel manageable.

Physiotherapist
Emma Thornton
Emma is a qualified physiotherapist specialising in disability and rehabilitation. She works with participants to improve mobility, manage pain, and build the physical capacity to engage more fully in daily life and community activities.

- AHPRA Registered

Exercise Physiologist
Marcus Webb
Marcus designs and delivers individualised exercise programs for NDIS participants, helping them build strength, improve function, and achieve their health and wellbeing goals. He has a particular interest in supporting participants with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.

- ESSA Accredited
