How referrals work

We accept referrals from support coordinators, allied health professionals, family members, carers, GPs, hospitals, and self-referrals. Anyone can refer — all we need is a few details about the person and their support needs.

Once we receive your referral, our team will review it and reach out to the participant (or their representative) within one business day to discuss next steps.

   We conduct a thorough assessment to understand the participant's goals, NDIS plan, and the right support options.

   Once everything is in place, we match the participant with the right support workers and get started.
